there are bigger, more epic stories to tell. but for the moment i'm covering the small things.
we've established some time ago that the country is spelled colombia, the river or the school is columbia.
and i've just learned that the building is the capitol. the city is the capital.
the triplettes of belleville is a very charming and beautifully done movie (although bruno is perhaps the saddest character i've seen in ages in any movie).
sothebys is auctioning the estate of katherine hepburn tomorrow and friday. wouldn't it be cool to have the chair she always sat in that was only her chair that no one else used. just because. i really like her.
i have to reformat the drive on the laptop for the 3rd or 4th time. i finally got the whole process down and then BAM i got online without all the xp security updates installed and insta-virus. i've been frustrated to the point of wanting to throw the computer across the room more than once. and i *love* the computer.
b. ordered a freitag bag. he has joined the cult. i waited a couple days to order a totally awesome bag, but it was too late. now it's gone.
we got the frame for the raised flower bed put in last night (replacing one of the old ones). moral of that story: bigger drill bits are better.
