so i should clarify, about the situation a couple of posts ago - b was not being weird or an asshole or anything else like that. i really like having discussions where i have to figure out what to say. and sometimes it takes me awhile to articulate my thoughts. i still haven't quite worked out my point entirely on the form and function thing, but we've continued to refine the issue in subsequent conversations.
b. gently mentioned that perhaps the impression people would get from the post was that he was being a jerk. and that wasn't my intention, nor the case. he is a lovely boy, and always fun to be with. it's a good thing that i get riled up. if it's between b. and i, i like it. we are very similar but definitely see some things differently, even if we reach the same conclusion. invariably one of our brains gets going 114 mph, and some wacky conversation ensues.
