i wish i could actually share the knowledge that i've been gaining over the last week or so. i have a rather extensive new understanding of several things based on many hours of online shopping and standing in stores staring at shelves with a slightly glazed expression, letting the little drone tell me that what i want doesn't exist and explain to me that google is good.
don't patronize me child, you haven't even heard of froogle.
anyway, i can't divuldge all the glorious secrets, all the endless understanding i now have. because, well, word gets around, you know? and i can't spoil the surprise. on the other hand, nothing has actually been purchased, so if my brain has a melt down before i can click on "proceed to checkout", then, well, i'll have to take my secrets to my grave.
yes, why yes, as a matter of fact i AM getting completely loopy.
time to get back to work. or, perhaps, just go scare up a game of top spin down the hall. ooooooh. that sounds like a very good idea.
p.s. oh my god. the best cookie i've maybe ever had. a co-worker walked down the hall handing them out, made by his wife. gingerbread and chocolate.
