hi ho hi ho

it appears that the work, or lack thereof, issue may be solved. had a little meeting last night. could be uber-fab. it will work in the short term. i may yet end up walking dogs. i do sincerly hope it's not the disappointment that certain other things have been. it will be nice to have to actually think about the work i'm doing for the first time in, oh, *years*.

i've finally begun a knitting project that, if it survives, will actually be for me, and something i will be able to wear in non-winter months. i'll post the pic when flickr is back up.

everything is crazy busy, at least in my head. part of that is simply the to do list in my head which is repeated by the demons on my shoulders over and over. that's ok, i can still sometimes manage to shut them up long enough to knit a few rows.

it's that time again

i need to find a job again. 3 months is almost up.

over the weekend we painted, but finally, this time, it was on small wooden painting boards instead of walls. the project is underway to finish our co-op painting. 12 panels, hung together. catch the reveal on flickr... one day. we also went and got drunk with the belltown crowd 2 nights in a row on behalf of michelle and atta gettin hitched. the evening of the reception we eventually moved into "good for licking" photos. if you don't know what i mean, you should. it seems to just get sillier.

buck is back in school. not on scholarship, but he's doing pretty well. he'll make it to therapy dog before too long.

me? all i want to do is make stuff. but i gotta find a new job.
